FEES…..

$25.00…………….1 CHILD PER DAY
$40.00…………….2 CHILDREN IN FAMILY PER DAY
$50.00…………….3 CHILDREN IN FAMILY PER DAY
$60.00…………….4 CHILDREN IN FAMILY PER DAY
Fees include regular skate rental (in-lines $1.00), 3 drinks per day and 2 snacks.

$40.00 REGISTRATION FEE PER CHILD. THIS FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

1. Payments are due in advance. (each morning when dropping off child) Payments can be made weekly, daily, or monthly.
2. You only pay for the days you attend.
3. There is a $10.00 late fee when payments are not paid prior to keeping child.
4. Our hours are 7:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday and we will charge $5.00 for every 15 minutes you are late picking up your child.
EMERGENCIES…..
Please supply all phone numbers especially cell numbers to us on the registration form. In case of emergency and we are unable to reach you, we will make the best decision for the child’s care. You are responsible for medical/accident insurance.

CONSEQUENCES OF MISBEHAVIOR…..
All children will comply with all directions of Jellybeans staff, management and all other personnel who are authorized to give such instructions. We will give warnings then we will utilize time-out. Parents will be notified if there is a major problem or if we are constantly having a difficult time with their child.
If the child is taking a large amount of our time being disciplined, we will ask you to make other daycare arrangements. (With no refund of registration fee). Misbehaving on any field trip will cause the field trip privilege to be taken away. NO WARNINGS!!!! Jellybeans field trips have always been fun and we always get compliments on our campers behavior….we are very proud of our reputation with other businesses.

DISCIPLINE POLICY – RULES
In addition to the above, children must keep hands and feet and other objects to themselves. No chewing gum or candy. Children may not use language which is insulting, abusive, threatening or disrespectful. No running, playing hide-n-seek or gymnastics in the building. Children will wear seatbelts and follow all rules while riding in the vehicles.

BEHAVIORAL NEEDS……
When registering your child, if they have behavioral or medical needs, please let Karen or Mr. Wilkerson know. It is the responsibility of the parent to address this with the management of Jellybeans. Medications can be administered only if the parent has completed a medication form with instructions and the name of the medication with parents signature. The medication must be in the original bottle from the pharmacy with the name and dosage of medication. Children are not allowed to hold their own medication…we must know if a child needs medication of any type (even Tylenol).

SIGNING IN/SIGNING OUT…..
ALL CHILDREN MUST BE HERE BY 9:00AM EACH MORNING. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT BECAUSE WE MUST BEGIN OUR DAY WITH THE RULES AND PREPARE FOR FIELD TRIPS. IF YOU ARE NOT HERE BY 9:00AM THE CHILD WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GO ON THE FIELD TRIP FOR THE DAY.
All day campers must be signed out each afternoon at the front door. A photo I.D. must be presented to pick up children. If someone other than the people you list on your registration form is to pick up, please call us to let us know. Children (young brothers or sisters, etc.) are not allowed to sign out campers. PLEASE WALK WITH YOUR CHILD TO THE CAR AS YOU ARE LEAVING, DO NOT SEND THEM OUT ALONE IN THE PARKING LOT. ALWAYS BE WITH YOUR CHILD IN THE PARKING LOT WHETHER YOU ARE COMING OR GOING.

JELLYBEANS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT.

SKATES…..
1. If your child comes to Jellybeans full time (5 days) you can sign a Skate Storage form to keep the skates in our skate rental area. We will not be responsible for skates kept at Jellybeans. SKATES AND SKATE BOXES MUST BE LABELED WITH THE CHILD’S NAME.
2. Children are not allowed to work on skates, bring tools or trade skates with anyone. We have employees who can work on skates and we have the tools we need.
3. Regular skate rental is included with daily fee. If you would like to rent inlines, there is a $1.00 rental fee.

LUNCH/MONEY/SNACKS…..
1. You can bring lunch (labeled with name on lunchbox or bag) or buy lunch here. We sell snack/lunch cards in increments of $5, $10, and $20. You can purchase these at the front door when paying your camp fee. This way the camper will not have to carry his/her money around in their pockets. These cards are optional. If you purchase a card, you can have us write limitations on it so they will not eat too much candy (for example) or spend more than you want them to. We will do our best to go by the limitations you make.
2. Children are not allowed to buy food for any other camper or use money off of the card to play games, etc. As I tell the campers every morning, everyone’s parents supply their child with food and snacks and if someone runs out of a snack card or food, the child needs to see us and we’ll make sure they have something to eat until their parent comes.
3. We do not supply breakfast. Please make sure your child has breakfast before coming to Jellybeans each morning. We supply a snack at 8:30am each morning and usually consists of oatmeal cakes, bananas, raisins, toaster pastries,etc. They get a drink at lunch and supply another snack around 2:00pm. Drinks are fountain drinks. If your child eats more, please make sure they have a snack/lunch card to purchase extra food or send a lunch box with extra snacks each day. We cannot provide refrigeration space for lunches and a microwave for warming food. Please make sure food is kept cold in lunch boxes.
4. Children can play games in the game room at the designated times. We do not provide money for this. The machines take quarters ($.25 - $1.00). Children will be responsible for cleaning up after themselves and we will not be responsible for items left here.
7. Snack cards can be purchased in the mornings or afternoons. WE CANNOT MAKE A SNACK/LUNCH CARD BY PHONE UNLESS YOU PAY FOR IT OVER THE PHONE. PLEASE CHECK IT FREQUENTLY TO SEE IF IT NEEDS REPLINISHING….MOST PARENTS CHECK IT EVERY MORNING WHEN DROPPING OFF CHILDREN.

FIELD TRIPS……CANNOT BE PAID FOR AHEAD OF TIME—PLEASE PAY FOR TRIPS THE MORNING OF THE FIELD TRIP. CHILDREN CANNOT GO ON FIELD TRIPS UNLESS THEY WEAR THEIR CAMP TEE SHIRT…..THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. FIELD TRIPS ARE OPTIONAL AND HAVE ADDITIONAL FEES THAT WE PAY DIRECTLY TO THE BUSINESSES WHEN WE VISIT.
1. Please read calendar in advance and remember to wear camp shirt and bring
anything needed for field trip.
2. When you arrive each morning, and your child is going on the field trip for that day, they must be signed up at the front door and paid for. I will add your child to the list.
3. If a lunch has to be taken on the field trip, please make sure the lunch has proper cooling.
4. Please review the van rules…..we go over rules every morning.
5. Field trips are broken down by 8 and under and 9 and up. Please make sure you sign up for the appropriate field trip.
6. When a field trip is at Jungle Rapids we will walk there. We walk in a group and have the proper supervision. Children are not allowed to run, etc.
7. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR JUNGLE RAPIDS WATER PARK INFORMATION.

JUNGLE RAPIDS WATER PARK FIELD TRIP INFORMATION…..
1. ALL CAMPERS MUST BE HERE AS EVERY OTHER DAY BY 9:00AM.
2. IF YOUR CHILD NEEDS TO STAY WITH A COUNSELOR THE ENTIRE TIME AT THE WATER PARK, YOU MUST LET US KNOW EACH WEEK WHEN SIGNING THEM UP.
The children are divided up between counselors, each counselor has a list of 8-10 kids they are responsible for getting there and getting them back to Jellybeans and putting sunscreen on them, etc. The older kids usually can play without the counselor with them….we have plenty of counselors there and Jungle Rapids has lifeguards all over the park. Again, let us know if you want your child to be with the counselor every minute.
3. We do not supply sunscreen. If your child requires a lot of sunscreen, please apply some at home before you come and let us     know at the front door when signing them up to apply more.
4. We only play in water park, children are not allowed to go inside to play games, etc. Restrooms are located out by the water     park along with the locker rooms so kids do not have to go in the game area.
5. Children cannot be picked up early from Jungle Rapids unless they are sick. If you have an appointment that interferes with the 9:00am –3:30 park time, please do not sign up for that day. Parents cannot sign children out from Jungle Rapids.
6. Jungle Rapids allows no running, diving or unnecessary screaming.
7. When a field trip is at Jungle Rapids, we will walk there. We walk behind the buildings in a group and have the proper     supervision. (No running, etc.)
8 Please have your child wear their swimsuits under their clothes….this saves
   time when preparing to go. Boys can wear their swim trunks and a shirt.
10. Please make sure your child has a change of clothes, towel, sunscreen, etc. in
   a plastic bag or beach bag with their name on it.
11. Please review the above information with your child and if you have any
   questions, please ask. WE HAVE GREAT FUN AT THE WATER PARK! REMEMBER…..WE DO NOT SUPPLY    SUNSCREEN. PLEASE LABEL EVERYTHING.

MORE INFORMATION……
1. We go over the rules and that day’s field trips each morning because there are new campers just about each day.
2. Please do not bring, CD players, hand held games, makeup (lipstick, nail polish, etc) Girls, please do not bring pocketbooks.
3. Please do not bring more than the things you need for that day. We are not responsible for any lost items.
4. Children can bring a towel each day (in a labeled bag) and pillows (no bed pillows) for movie time.
5. No boy/girl relationships.
6. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO BRING A CHANGE OF CLOTHES FOR US TO KEEP HERE IN A ZIPLOCK BAG (LABELED) IN CASE YOU CHILD HAS AN ACCIDENT.
7. We will take pictures periodically of our camp activities especially on field trips…the children love to have their pictures made. These photos are displayed for the children and parents to see! We have lots of fun!

VAN RULES:
1. Seat belts must be worn at all times. They are to be worn properly-not loosely fastened. They will be worn until the van reaches the destination and the van driver stops the van and instructs everyone to remove them.
2. All children under 8 years old will be in a car seat or booster according to the law. We provide the car seats/boosters.
3. Keep all hands and feet to yourself.
4. Only the van driver is to open and close the van doors.
5. No loud talking, screaming, singing, etc. on vans.
6. No food, drinks or gum allowed on vans.

DAILY SCHEDULE…..

7:00-8:30am….All campers arrive by 9:00am. They can play games, color, watch cartoons, etc.
8:30am……….Snack provided by Jellybeans. 1 fountain drink, and toaster pastry, oatmeal cake, etc.
***please eat breakfast prior to arriving*** we do not serve breakfast items.
9:00am………We gather on skating floor and review rules and prepare for field trip.
11:00am………Lunchtime—We provide a fountain drink for lunch
12-2:00pm…….All children will watch movie (G or PG No PG-13)
If you have a DVD that we can watch, please bring with your name on it.
2:00pm………Snack provided by Jellybeans. 1 fountain drink and snack
2-5pm………..Children can skate, play in Game Room, play board games, watch cartoons, etc. We are open for public
skating at this time.
5-6pm………..Children remove skates, clean up and wait for parents watch cartoons

Please pick children up by 6:00pm each day.

REMINDERS……
Please send an extra change of clothes (if needed) and extra snacks
if your child needs more than our snacks or please purchase snack/
lunch cards at the front door...please check card balances
each morning.


Children must have completed kindergarten or starting kindergarten in fall of 2008 and cannot be older than 12.


All children must be here by 9:00am every morning.


Please make sure all belongings are labeled…we are not responsible for lost articles.
